Interpreting services

At Intuitas we specialise in conference interpreting. We have been providing our clients with on-site and remote interpreting solutions for conferences, congresses, summits, seminars, lectures, courses, symposiums, round tables, meetings, press conferences and informal meetings, for many years.

Simultaneous interpreting

Simultaneous interpreting, also known as ‘simultaneous translation’, is when the interpreter translates a speech at the same time as it is spoken and the audience listens through a receiver. It is the most commonly used type of interpreting as it allows for the real-time translation of a spoken message.

Consecutive interpreting

Consecutive interpreting, also known as ‘consecutive translation’, is when the interpreter translates the speaker’s message in stages, during pauses, without the need for technical equipment. It is most suited to interviews, press conferences, visits and business lunches.

Remote and hybrid interpreting

Remote or distance interpreting, whether simultaneous or consecutive, is used for online and hybrid events. We work with the leading remote interpreting platforms (Zoom, Teams and WebEx), all of which are ideal for interpreting during online meetings, webinars, streamed events as well as hybrid projects.

Event services

We offer event organisation services, such as hiring technical equipment and carrying out the numerous additional tasks that are essential to the success of any event, whether it be face-to-face or online.

Event management

Overall coordination of staff, technical equipment and the logistics involved in organising face-to-face and online events: auxiliary staff, sound technicians, catering services, venue bookings, etc.

Technical equipment for events

Rental of technical and audiovisual equipment, both stand-alone and portable, for events of all kinds, face-to-face and online. We supply microphones, PA systems, interpreting booths and equipment, an Infoport system or radio transmitters, according to your specific needs.

Other event services

Additional services for face-to-face and online events, including hosting and technical management of online meetings, formatting and translation of flyers and posters, moderation of online events or acting as master of ceremonies.

Language services

We offer specialised language services, including translation of texts and documents, revision of translations, subtitling, copywriting and proofreading.

Translation

Translation of written texts of any kind (reports, articles, presentations, publications for social media, website material, etc.), including specialised and sworn translations. We work with highly experienced professionals in the translation of long and short texts for different sectors, in all the main international languages.

Revision of translations

Revision of translated texts by native professionals who are specialists in the subject matter, in order to guarantee maximum accuracy.

Subtitling

Transcription, translation and subtitling of videos, such as recorded conferences, webinars and corporate videos. This includes subtitling for the deaf and hard-of-hearing (SDH).

Copywriting

Creation of written materials from scratch, both in Spanish and other languages: publications for social media, promotional messages, etc.

Proofreading

Spell-checking, stylistic editing and formatting of texts, in Spanish and other languages, to make sure that not a single comma is missing.

Consulting services
